At Inn Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Inn Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from marks, scents, or signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
